My wife and I would like to express our condolences to Manuel's wife and family. I left Tulare in 1973, but I remember Manuel so well. When I returned to visit I ran into Manuel many times at the Tulare Golf course. Manuel was such a great guy! Always friendly, always encouraging, always positive. My hometown, Tulare, is losing a favorite son who contributed so much in terms of his graciousness, friendliness and wholesomeness! God bless you Manuel! Hit em straight in Heaven my Man.

A good friend and a good man. Had many great moments playing softball and basketball with and against each other. Always a class act and worthy competitor. We worked about 30 years together at UPS. He helped me a lot in my rookie year. Rest In Peace, my friend. Lanny Little.
