Mary Mancilla Calvillo

Mary Mancilla Calvillo Mary Mancilla Calvillo was born January 19, 1914 in Mexico to parents Luis and Gregoria Mancilla. She passed away in Tulare, California on March 7, 2013 at the age of 99. She eventually settled in Tulare where she met Manuel Calvillo Sr. and then later was married. Manuel and Mary had two children, Connie and Manuel Jr. Manuel Sr. passed away May 10, 2012. Mary was a homemaker for most of her life. Surviors include two sisters; her two children: son, Manuel Calvillo Jr. and wife Kandy of Fresno, and daughter, Connie Calvillo of Fresno; five grandchildren, Janice Hernandez and husband Robert of Madera, James Calvillo of Fresno, Michael Calvillo and wife Dina of Fresno, Anna Calvillo of Clovis, and Cameron Calvillo of Reedley; six great-grandchildren, Annessa Calvillo, Arrissa Calvillo, Andrew Calvillo, Gabriel Mota, Joseph Calvillo, and Christian Calvillo; and many nieces and nephews. Mary was loved by many and will be missed by all. Visitation will be 12-6 p.m., Wednesday, March 13, 2013 with a Rosary beginning at 6 p.m. at Peers Lorentzen Funeral Chapel. Mass will be at 11 a.m., Thursday, March 14, 2013 at St. Rita's Catholic Church with burial following at Tulare District Cemetery.
