Michael Nordyke Obituary

Mike Nordyke passed away peacefully at home April 28, 2009. He was a loving husband of over 40 years, a loving father of two and an awesome "Papa" to four grandsons. He was very proud of his time served in the Navy. He worked at Dairyman's for 34 years. While on vacations, he loved camping and fishing. He also loved spending time with his family. He was truly a wonderful man that will be missed dearly. He is survived by his loving wife Cynthia, daughter Michelle and husband Chris Hodge, son Kirk and wife Christine all of Tulare. Grandsons Jerrod, Devon and Jordan Hodge and Brody Nordyke. Many nieces and nephews. Graveside services will be Monday, May 4, 2009 at 1:30 pm at the Tulare District Cemetery. Arrangements by Peers Lorentzen Funeral Chapel, Tulare.

I was saddend to hear about the loss of your dad and husband. My father always had fond stories of time shared together at Dairyman's. May God be with your family at this time. It's hard to lose your papa. He'll be watching over them from Heaven.
