Steven Coelho Obituary
- - Steven Claude Coelho, 64 years old, was born in Hanford, Ca, on Sept 1, 1953, and went to be with the Lord on February 27, 2018.
He was employed with Kings County Road Service, Coelho Meat/Tulare for 20 years, and Superior Truck Lines/Lemoore for 25 years.
He is survived by his wife and high school sweetheart of 45 years, Margaret (Rodarmel) Coelho; a son, Steve Coelho (wife Jessica); a daughter, Nichole Wagoner (husband Charles). He leaves 8 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren, and 4 God children. He was a loving father figure to so many. He is preceded in death by his Father, Cleo Coelho, his God father, Claude Coelho, and many others.
He leaves many to feel the loss, his mother; Helen Coelho, 4 brothers; John, Mark, Stan, and Wally Coelho. He also leaves 3 sisters; Margaret Chambers, Brenda DeMello, and Becky Ammon, and also many in-laws.
Steve loved to hunt, camp in his RV, ride quads, and hold his grand kids, nieces, and nephews. He was a 4-H leader, and taught many the love of hunting and nature. He loved God, his family and friends above all. He was an amazing man with a kind and gentle spirit.
We wish to thank all who stepped in to help his family through this great loss; Juanita Coelho, Kevin Vieira, Linda Schrack, MaryAnne Whiteside, Lillian Waweru (Asera Care Hospice), Deanie and Tom Azevedo of Superior Truck lines, and so many others.
A Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 8, 2018 at 5:00 pm and a Rosary at 6:00 pm at People's Funeral Chapel. A Graveside Service will take place on Friday, March 9, 2018, at 10:30 AM, at Calvary Cemetery; 11680 S 10th Ave, Hanford.
At Steve's request, in lieu of flowers, please make a donation to Valley Children's Hospital.

My dearest sweetheart it's been almost 8 months and I still hurt so bad, just like it was yesterday. This is why I was supposed to go first, your stronger then me. Steve was a loving man to his wife, children and everyone around him. For short time I knew him, he worn my heart by the legacy I saw him living. He was a good example of a father figure and a brother's keeper. May he rest in God loving arms until we meet again. Continued prayers for the family that he has left behind.
