Tommy Lynn Shaw Tommy Lynn Shaw, age 63, was born in Tulare, CA on May 23, 1948 to Logan and Juanita Shaw and passed away October 24, 2011 in Visalia. Tommy proudly served in the United States Army during the Vietnam War and received the Purple Heart, Bronze Star and several other accommodations. He was a graduate of Tulare Western High School. Tommy is preceded in death by his parents, Logan and Juanita Shaw; daughter, Noel Ward and former wife, Elaine Shaw Henderson. Left to cherish Tommy's memory are his son, Shawn Shaw and wife Shelly of Hanford; daughters, Heather Shaw of Visalia and Heidi Coehlo - Shaw of North Carolina; brothers, Jim Shaw and wife Mary of Porterville, Don Shaw and wife Ann of Visalia, Bill Shaw of Corona Del Mar, John Shaw and wife Jenny of Morro Bay, Gene Shaw and wife Patricia of Tulare and Randy Shaw of Visalia; sisters, Lucille Harban and husband Tom of Washington, Rosie Kier and husband Roger of Fresno and Patty Bridges and husband Gary of Bakersfield; eleven grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Tommy loved seeing his family, especially his grandchildren. He also enjoyed working in his garden and cooking. A Celebration of Life Memorial Service will be held Friday, November 4, 2011 at 11:00am at Calvary Chapel, 11720 Ave 264, Visalia. Condolences may be offered at www.millerchapel.com
