Gregory Stowe Obituary
North Hartland, VT - Gregory L. Stowe, 62, died Friday, August 2, 2024, at this home unexpectedly.
Greg was born March 12, 1962, in Lebanon, NH, the son of Robert and Barbara (Bailey) Stowe. He grew up in White River Junction and attended the Hartford Schools. He worked at several area janitorial services before taking a position at the Hartford Memorial Middle School in the early 2000's. Greg loved his job and could be found checking up on the buildings year around, making sure they did not need his attention. He retired in 2022 due to health concerns.
Greg enjoyed spending time in the woods hunting or on the water fishing in his younger years. He absolutely loved his dog and partner in crime, Buddy.
Greg is preceded in death by his life partner Terri Buxton Waugh.
He is survived by a sister and best friend, Sandy Henry of West Lebanon, NH.
Visiting hours will be held Wednesday, August 21, 2024, from 5-7pm at the Knight Funeral Home in White River Junction VT. Interment in Mt. Olivet Cemetery will be at the convenience of the family. Condolences may be expressed to Greg's family in an online guestbook at www.knightfuneralhomes.com.
