Christopher Williams Obituary
Christopher Todd Williams was born Jan. 19, 1964, in La Jolla to Argentria Williams II (deceased) and Adenia L. Williams. Christopher departed this life on July 6, 2004, in the city of Adelanto.Christopher was baptized in Christ in 1981 at St. Stephens Baptist Church in West Covina. In October 1986, Christopher joined the United States Army and served during Desert Storm/ Gulf War. During his 17 years in the Army, Christopher was promoted through the ranks to sergeant first class.Christopher was united in holy matrimony on March 14, 1987, to Stacy Bradley, and of this union four children were born.Christopher is survived by his best friend and wife, Stacy Williams; son, Aaron Christopher Williams; daughter, Autumn Elyse Williams; twin sons, Jason Matthew and Justin Michael Williams; his loving mother, Adenia Lenetta Williams; sister, Danita Jo Adams; brothers, Argentria Williams II, Allen Kirk Williams, Daniel Devenci Williams, Lloyd Rodney Williams and James Kevin Williams. He is also survived by his father and mother-in-law, Eugene and Beverly Anne Bradley; aunts, Mary E. Luke, Annie A. Walker, Clara B. Carter, Shirley A. Abdulhafiz, and Deloris G. Sawyer; uncle, Charles W. Williams; brothers-in-law, Brian Eugene Bradley and Clarence Adams; sisters-in-law, Sharlene Williams and Domonic Williams; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.He was preceded in death by his sister, LaDonna Candy Solomon.Christopher lived by these six words: ÒI can, I will, I did.ÓÒI can ... choose the life I want.ÓChris chose to join the United States Army right out of high school.ÒI will ... excel in the life I have chosen.ÓChris succeeded in having a wonderful family life, with a loving and devoted wife and four beautiful and bright children, while accomplishing and fulfilling a dream of military service.ÒI did ... all that I said I would.ÓÒI lived my life as I chose for myself and with the love of God, I became ...A man of honor.ÓGary Brodeur 7/13/04 please center in columnA visitation will be held from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Kern Memorial Chapel, 14444 Seventh St. in Victorville.
