Douglas Patterson Obituary

Douglas Marice Patterson, 53, died April 10, 2001. A California native, he lived in Apple Valley for 20 years. He was a self-employed used car dealer for 30 years and was the former sales manager at Sunland Ford for 12 years. Doug was a devout Christian and a member of the Faith Walk Christian Church in Ontario. He was preceded in death by his mother Hazel and brother Bob. He is survived by his wife Sandy of Covina; sons Patrick, Nicholas and Douglas, all of Apple Valley; daughter Shelly of Paso Robles; stepdaughters Tiffany Baird of Rancho Cucamonga and Krystal Light of Glendora; stepson Michael Light of Glendora; father Morris of Victorville; brother Jim of Seattle, Wash.; and four grandchildren. Visitation is from 9:45 to 10:45 a.m. Saturday at Victor Valley Mortuary Chapel, 15609 11th St. in Victorville. Services will follow at 11 a.m. at the same location with Pastor James Riggins officiating. Burial will be at Sunset Hills Memorial Park in Apple Valley. The pall bearers will be: Patrick, Nicholas and Douglas Patterson, Michael Light, Jim Lanford, and Johnny Borkman.
