James Riescher Obituary

JAMES RIESCHER James (Jim) Riescher, 46, of Victorville, joined our Heavenly Father on August 23, 2012. Jim was born on August 30, 1965 in New York to Vincent and Louise Riescher. After graduating from Upland High School, he became an Ironworker with Local Union 433 where he continued to work with great pride and success until the time of his passing. Jim is survived by his 13 year old daughter, Kathryn Brooke Riescher; his sister, Joanie Riescher; his sister and brother-in-law, Lorraine Hall and Jim Guiley, and his nephews Michael and Jeffery Guiley; his lifelong friends, Darin Moudy, Lorrie Moudy, their daughter, Haillie, and Gary Siens Jr.; his ex-wife, Correne Riescher; his step-son, Dillon Metzger; and many others, including his brothers from Local 433. Jim loved working-out, fishing, and motorcycle riding; however, Jim's greatest joy was his daughter, Katie. Jim and Katie shared an incredibly special bond between father and daughter, blessed upon by God. A Celebration of Life will be held at High Desert Church in Victorville on Friday September 7, 2012 at 10:00 am.
