Benita and I were classmates at UHS and we were very close. Benita was very kind, gentle, and generous. We lost touch for decades. I'd googled her many times with no results, and today I got this horrible result. My friend is gone. I always hoped that I'd find her, but not like this. My heart is broken. Rest well, dear friend. I know I'll see you again someday at the feet of our Lord Jesus Christ.

Benita, I got the news while on the clock and it took everything I had to hold back the tears, still I failed. Even though it hurt to hear you passed, I know your passing is only sweet sweet joy and relief from all your troubled times into eternal peace with our Lord Jesus because someone as sweet as you, I just can't see you going any other place, because I know your blessed now just as you blessed me and so many others. I pray for peace for your family in this time of sorrow that God will allow them to celebrate with joy knowing your sitting with him now. And I've been left with a beautiful memory of our last embrace and your beautiful smile.
