Cindy Graf Obituary

Cindy Herber Graf, of Waco, Texas went to be with her dear Lord and Savior on December 17, 2024, at the age of 67.
A celebration of Cindy's beautiful life will take place on January 13, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. at First Woodway Baptist Church with Pastor Paul Sands officiating.
Cindy was born May 11th, 1957, in Waco, Texas to her loving parents, Mavis and George Herber. She attended Richfield Highschool and enjoyed serving root beer floats and burgers on roller skates while working at A&W.
She married the love of her life, Craig Graf, on July 30th, 1977, at Calvary Baptist Church in Waco, Texas. Their love story was a true testament of a marriage filled with love, laughter, adventures, and commitment.
Cindy worked as a school registrar for Midway I.S.D and retired after 21 years. She continued to work as a fitness instructor at Curves where she shared her passion for exercise and health with other women.
She grew up a member of Calvary Baptist Church and later joined First Woodway Baptist Church in 1980.
Cindy's loves in life included her children, grandchildren, dogs, and close friends. She was passionate about several things, including scuba diving with many dive trips to Cozumel, Mexico, and photography where she had the privilege of capturing several weddings, family events, and, of course, her grandbabies. She enjoyed the simple things in life like taking trips to the beach, arts and crafts, spending weekends at the ranch, feeding her songbirds, and hosting "Camp Cigi" every year for her granddaughters.
She is preceded in death by her parents, George and Mavis Herber, and her sister Diane Williams. Cindy is survived by her sister Georgelyn Smith, husband Craig Graf of 47 years, sons Brandon Graf and Justin Graf (Jenny), her two granddaughters, Morgan and Makenna Graf, and several nieces and nephews.

I was so sorry to hear of Cindy´s passing. I remember her enthusiasm, smile, sense of humor, and her dedication to her family and to our students in Midway Schools. May you feel comfort in the knowledge of the happiness she spread to all who knew her.
