Doris Pade Obituary

Doris Pade, of North Bend, Wash., passed away Thursday, Sept. 25, 2008, at her home. Graveside services will be 10 a.m. Friday, Oct. 3, at Rosemound Cemetery with Pastor John Slade officiating. Doris was born Aug. 9, 1938, in Waco, to Ruby McDonald Belcher and Charlie Belcher. She was a 1956 graduate of Waco High School. She was married, in Dallas, to Robert K. Pade in 1959. Later, they lived in Wichita, Kan., and in Seattle, Wash., since 1962. She was a graduate of the University Of Washington, and worked in the Criminal Justice Department of King County, Wash. a number of years. Doris traveled widely, having spent the summer months in Europe for a number of years. Many of her friends were involved in her travels. She was preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her daughter, Sabena Pade of Federal Way, Wash.; her son, Gerald Pade of Seattle, Wash.; and brother, Roy Edwin Belcher and wife, Martha Ann of Waco.
