Eric Brink Obituary
Kenny was born to Ervin and Louise Brink in Austin. He was baptized as one of Jehovah's Witnesses and over the years, read the Bible often. Kenny believed the teachings of the Bible and was moved by the love and compassion Jesus had for people while on earth. The promises made in the Bible and by Jesus meant much to Kenny and he had faith in them. He looked forward to the promise made by Jesus that the time would come when He would call and those in the memorial tombs would hear His voice and come to life again; the promise made to the evildoer that he would be with Jesus in paradise; a time when there would be no more sickness, death or the corrupting influence of the Devil and the demons.
Kenny showed the degree of natural affection he had for people in many ways. He enjoyed games of ball and being with his friends over the years. He will be greatly missed and has left an ache in the hearts of those who loved him.
Kenny is survived by his parents, Ervin and Louise Brink; one brother, Randy Brink and wife, Jackie; two sisters, Vicki York and husband, Nathan, and Marsha Lenamond; three nephews; four nieces; three great-nieces; and many other family member s and numerous friends.

It took me a lil while to read my friends obituary,,,, he was one of my oldest friends. I couldn't bring myself to go to his funeral because I'm selfish and didn't want my last memory to be of him in a casket. I did however visit him late on the eve of his death it might have been a day before. It was way past midnight and I lied and told the nurse I was family (if I go back to Adem and eve I guess we all are bro and sis) I couldn't let him leave without talking to him one last time. I was hoping he would pull out one last time . The best time u remember with my friend is when he had his "maverick" and we were out just a " lil " past curfew. I will miss my partner in crime lol thank GOD Jehovah is a forgiving god. Lol I will miss u friend!!!!! JKM

I will never forget pulling up to my house, after a major surgery and several weeks of a hospital stay, and Kenny was out front raking the driveway/sidewalk for us so I wouldn't have trouble getting to the door. He was always so thoughtful and kind, as is the entire Brink family. May God bless your family with peace and encouragement.

I am sorry Eric is no longer with us but know he is with his savior, I enjoyed playing softball with him and his friend Mario, he was always laughing and joking but very serious about play on the field, I will always remember and miss him
