Johnny Lee Wills, 75, of Bellmead, TX, passed away on February 13, 2022, after a long battle with cancer. Johnny was born on October 10, to James (Bob) A. Wills and Katie M. Wills, in 1946. He worked as a Collater Operator for Barnett's Printing Company for 20 years. Later in his career, he worked as a truckdriver for Universal Forest Products. In 1965, he met Marilyn F. (Davis) Wills, and they wed in 1966, going on to have two children, Sheila and Shelly.

Johnny was a force of nature, determined to provide for his family and give them the life he felt they deserved. His family meant more to him than anything else in the world, something he often mentioned. He was unendingly proud of Sheila, Shelly, and Marilyn and always tried his best to support them. Johnny was also an avid hunter, motorcycle enthusiast and loved cars and trucks. He could often be found at the flea market when he wasn't at home. Anyone who knew Johnny knew that he was the most loving father and husband a family could ask for.

Johnny was preceded by brothers, Aubrey L. Wills and Ronald E. Wills, both of Bellmead, TX. He is survived by wife, Marilyn F. Wills of Bellmead, TX; daughters, Sheila Marie Wills of San Marcos, TX, Shelly Diane (Wills) Olejniczak and husband, Michael Olejniczak, of Bellmead, TX; brother, Douglas W. Wills and wife, Carolyn, of Grapevine, TX; granddaughters, Kaitlyn E. Bolton, Gabrielle E. Cochrun, both of San Marcos, TX; grandson, Jason L. Wills of Bellmead, TX; great-granddaughter, Kennedy Jean-Marie Bolton; and numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.

The family requests that all flowers and notes are sent to Bellmead Funeral Home. There will be a visitation at Bellmead Funeral Home from 6 to 8 p.m., Friday, February 18, and the service will be held at 2 p.m., Saturday, February 19, also at Bellmead Funeral Home.
