Jonathan Roquemore Obituary
Jonathan graduated from Waco High School in 1975 and went on to graduate from the University of Houston. He worked his entire professional career as a computer programmer for various companies. He loved to read and spend time outdoors.
He leaves behind his beloved daughters, Hannah and Rachel Roquemore of Robinson; his brothers, Mike Roquemore of Troup, Texas, David Roquemore and his wife, Susan, of Long Branch, Texas, Steve Roquemore and his wife, Patricia, of Houston, and Mark Roquemore and his wife, Karla, of Salida, Colo.; his sisters, Catherine Johnson of Marshall, Texas, and Sue Roquemore of Carthage, Texas; and many great-nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made to the Methodist Children's Home of Waco, where Jonathan spent seventeen years of his youth and made life-long friendships.

Rest in peace Johnathon. Sorry to hear of his passing. He and I were friends in elementary and jr high. He was always a stand up guy. Low key, steady as a rock kind of guy. I always looked up for him for the way he handled himself. My condolences to you Mark.

Jonathan was a shining light for me when I was a substitute houseparent at Fondren. I was so sad when I heard of his passing.

Jonathon was a fine man with a kind and quiet disposition when I knew him in high school (except on the football field where he was a Tiger on the WHS football team). Very sorry to hear of his passing and God Bless his family.
