Marc was a really special man. He had a good word for everyone and a joy for getting things done. I was blessed to know Marc all my life and he will be missed by all. When I think of Marc I think of a big hug and happy times. My best to Betty and the whole family as you weep and then smile, knowing you had a great man in your lives. love, Carolyn (Reierson) Cheney

Dear Betty & Tommy;
I was saddened to hear about your loss. Marc was my best friend when I was attending the Gap school.Although I didn't see him often, we kept in touch. He was a remarkable person with so many interests. I know you'll miss him, but may the sweet memories of times shared with Marc bring you comfort and even some smiles.
God bless you,

I was a young man with a new business when I went to our first tractor parts convention about 30 years ago. I didn't know a soul in the room. Marc came up to me right away and introduced himself. I got to see him quite a few times after that and will never forget that act of kindness!

Although we know there's little we can say, we wanted to let you know that our thoughts are with your family. No one truly comprehends the loss that you feel, the sadness that you must be going through... And yet since we cannot be there, our warm thoughts and prayers are reaching out in hopes that you will know the strength and comfort in your time of sorrow with our wishes. It's never easy for those left behind, but when you lose someone may it help to know how many people share your sorrow and stand with you in this time of need. With Sympathy, Joe & Rose Marie Rohne

Marc was my 2nd cousin and I'll think of him everytime I get back to visit the Gap. He was the source for much of my information on all big Norwegian events and helped me care for my parents at the Old Rock Church. My sympathy and sincere condolences to his family.

Betty,
Sorry for your loss. Marc was a stong influence on me during a formative period of my youth especially during various antique tractor events. He demonstrated the importance of relationships and haing FUN while at the same time being successful in business. I will always treasure the memories of our times together. It was good talking to him on the phone and hearing his testimony after Daddy died last June. I regret not taking the time to come visit him. God Bless You!
