Patsy Jo (Fitzgerald) Williams was born in Clifton, Texas on November 20, 1942, to Jimmie Alton Fitzgerald and Hazel Lee Scruggs Fitzgerald. She was welcomed into Heaven on January 24, 2023, by her mother; father; husband, Jim Bob Williams; and a host of other family and friends that have gone before her in heaven with Jesus. Visitation will be Thursday, February 2, from 6-8 p.m. A chapel service is scheduled for Friday, February 3, beginning at 10 a.m., at Oakcrest Funeral Home, 4520 Bosque Blvd. in Waco, TX. A private graveside service will be held afterward with immediate family.
Patsy was a graduate from Waco High School in 1961. She retired from Payne Webber UBS. She recently enjoyed reconnecting with lifelong Jr. High and High School friends.
Her proudest accomplishments were her children, Cathy Lange Howard and Chris Williams. She was known as a loving grandmother "Momma Pat or Poppa Pat" and survived by her grandchildren, Lauren Howard, Kieran Williams; and great-grandchild, MaKenna Howard. She was a beloved mother-in-law to Chris's wife, Wendy Williams. She is also survived by her brother, Charles Fitzgerald; nieces, Eden and Taylor; and nephew, Michael.
The family would like to extend a special thanks to the doctors, nurses, and staff at Waco Cardiology and Providence Hospital for providing excellent care. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to The American Heart Association; Fuzzy Friends; or the charity of your choice in her memory.

Sorry for your loss Milton and Caroline Cottle Milton worked with Patsy husband Bob for many years at Fort Hood after retiring Patsy would come with Bob to the retiree´s breakfast at the Coffee Shop in McGregor always enjoyed visiting with Patsy she was so much fun to talk to
Sorry we did not attend services as we just found out listening to the news on Tv today
Remember when Chris was born about the same time our son was born and also attended Cathy´s wedding

I am so sorry to read of the loss of Patsy. We worked together at Behrens Inc for several years and still remained friends after the business closed. Cherish your precious memories of this lady.
