Ronald James SUCHECKI, Jr., 50, of China Spring, TX, went home to be with his Lord and Savior, Monday, February 8, 2021, in a local hospital. Ron was surrounded by his wife and children when he lost his more than 3-week battle against COVID-19.

I just found out Ron had passed. I knew him from Hudson, OH Jr High we were in class together. I am sorry to hear this. I sat next to Ron in 7th grade he used to write like my dad he would "write" bus slips so I could ride the bus to a friends house. When I found out he was moving I had him "write" extras. Great sense of humor. He used to give entire grade green bagels for St Patrick´s day! Rest in piece! Val Oster Hudson,OH

We will always remember Ron. I see his photo by my computer everyday. He was such an example of caring, not only for his family, but friends near and far. His business associates became his friends. I want Melinda to know that we have been struggling here with health problems for almost two years, with Jeffrey. It looks like he/we are getting over that health crisis, and would very much like to visit her and family in the very near future. Life does go on, but we must always make attempts to refresh those very important connections, and not lose them. Love to Melinda, Jacob, Caleb, Sage and Samuel.

Mr Suchecki was a shepherd in a dark time for myself and I will never forget the comfort and care extended to me I was not treated like I did not matter as had been the case in that time I was instead treated as if we had always known each other and for that I will always be grateful . Jesus said "I will send them without wings so no one knows they are angels " May the Lord send angels continuously to surround and care for his family and loved ones awaiting the day We can all rejoice in that wonderful reunion in endless grace and love for us all .

Just found out today that Ron has passed, so long ago, while checking the address for Sage, their lovely daughter as we got her card and gift ready to mail. It's been a shock, and we are so saddened by his loss. We had plans to visit this year and catch up on most everything. Our hearts and thoughts go out to Melissa and the children. Much too young to lose a father and husband. He was such a fun person, giving, considerate and kind. He will always be remembered as one of those special people in our lives. I sit here and still cannot get my head around his loss.

Mrs Suchecki and family:
I just learned of Ron`s passing while reading the spring issue of the On-site Journal. . I did not know Ron extremely well. I was sort of phasing out of NOWRA when Ron became active. I am greatly encouraged to know that he was a strong believer. It sounds like you have a great church to provide support for the family in Ron´s absence. I pray that you feel and will continue to feel God`s loving arms around you.

When my wife for 53 years went to heaven, I found a comforting verse in the hymn "Does Jesus Care"

Does Jesus care when I´ve said "goodbye"
To the dearest on earth to me,
And my sad heart aches till it nearly breaks
Is it ought to him? Does he see?

And then the refrain - -

Oh yes he cares, I know he cares,
His heart is touched with my grief;
When the days are weary, the long nights dreary,
I know my savior cares.

Perhaps this will be helpful to you as well.

I just received word about Ron's passing. I did not know him well. On April 6, 1991--30 years ago--two friends and I rode with him to Austin to attend the Rally for Reconciliation and Hope at the State Capitol. This was a very exciting day. I appreciated Ron's contribution to it and extend prayers and sympathy to all who were touched by his life.

Due to weather conditions we were not able to make it to Waco. We remember Ron well as a member of Towa. He spoke to ou Chapter several times and was always full of humor. We never met a nicer man in the same business as I am. Will miss him greatly.

I simply cannot believe Ron is gone. He definitely is better off than the rest of us as he is in heaven. He was taken way too soon however, I suppose the almighty had better plans for him. I learned a lot from Ron about the wastewater industry and I will miss him. Rest in peace Ron and my prayers are with you and your family.

Ron was a great young man who left us far too soon. Though we did not see him as much after leaving the deacon body at Highland, we did get to visit some at basketball games and we will miss his warm friendly smile and kind demeanor. What a terrible shame to lose a great young man at such an early age. It was a blessing to have been around him and to have worked with such a positive committed young man. We will pray for the family, who will miss him terribly.

My dear Melinda and family: My most sincere condolences on the passing of Ron. He was a good man and friend. I remember meeting you, the boys, and Sage at one of the NOWRA conferences some years ago. I remember how proud he was of his family and how wonderful you all were together. Ron will be missed, by those in the profession, but more by you. He gave of his time and abilities to the wastewater industry, but his heart was always with his family.
I am keeping you and your family in my prayers. All of us in Missouri send you our sympathy on your loss.
Very Sincerely yours, Janet Murray, R.E.H.S. Past President, Missouri Small

A pebble dropped into a pond creates ripples. Ron was a large rock. His ripples reach far and wide and continue to spread to distant shores. He touched my shore. Through his works in God's mission to help clean God's earth, he encouraged and educated me. I owe some of my success in my mission to those ripples.
