I SEE HIM EVERYWHERE
I was talking to a friend one day as we walked along our way. We talked about
politics and religion; you know to pass the time of day.
He said I've been a believer most of my life and I thank the Lord for my family and
my wife.
One thing I might say less I hesitate. I wonder what his face looks like you know
because he is so great.
I turned around to my friend and said. I see his face in the morning and in the Sun
so red.
I see him in my family and my friends. I see him in the night sky and the stars that
never end.
I see him on the mountains and out across the sea.
When I look in the mirror I see him. I think he looks a little like me.
I see him in the summer and the winter snow blowing in the wind.
Yes I guess I'm lucky for I am just a man. I'm not worthy of his many blessings. He
saved me by the nail holes in his hands.
My Friend looked at me and said I guess you´re right. His face is all around us in
the day and in the night.
There is no picture that can hold him because he is just too great.
Look around and you will see him, please look before it´s too late.

LIFE BUT A VAPOR
Tomorrow may never happen. The uncertainty of today. Our lives are but a vapor. Just a puff and we're blown away.
Winding roads we travel can lead us far from home. The world can be a beautiful place sprinkle with much sin. Just one mistake can change our life. We're never the same again.
Troubles can be around the corner. We must always be on guard. Always travel the narrow road. The pathway to the Lord.
The Lord is our Candle.
He lights up the day and night. Jesus is the Lighthouse. We´re never out of His sight.
Tell all your family, friends and neighbors. Our days are numbered from up above. Jesus is ready to save your life. He saves because He loves.

My sincere condolences to the family of William (Bill) Clark. Bill and I met in Alaska in 1976. We both worked in Accounting with ARCO, and were both members of Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church. His Uncle (Mr. Burton), another member at church, took us out several times on the big boat for fishing in Seward, Alaska.
Bill was a great worker and was a joy to have in the group. We had gatherings with he and Betty.
After leaving Alaska, we visited each other in Waco and had many laughs together remembering the great times in Alaska.
Bill started a Home Construction company in Waco and was so skilled in many areas. I recall he was preparing one of his daughters to take over the business in a few years.
RIP my friend. I will forever cherish the friendship and the life he lived before us.

Broken hearts can be mended, but they will never be the same. Because the loss of love ones there will always be pain.
They´re in a better place and we know that is so.
It´s just our "mended hearts" have trouble when it comes to letting Go.

On his last trip to Alaska, we golfed in a 4-man best ball tournament in Anchorage on the hillside. He had so much fun and he told us stories about golfing in the late 70´s when he still lived in Ak and told us a story about the one time he and Daddy were young and he took him on the golf course to work with him and my Daddy didn´t last 1 day at it as he hated it and walked back home. My Uncle had such a good time that beautiful day that we golfed and was a putting machine sinking some long puts or getting some long puts very close to tap in. What a great memory. On the same trip he went fishing on the Talkertna river with our very good friends and their friends in big river boats, he enjoyed the ride which was about 45 minutes upstream until we got to a stream where the red salmon were plentiful. He had fun that day as well
