Knew Rick from working as a dispatcher in Wahoo when he was with fire marshals office. He was always ready with a smile and jokes. Was a truly nice guy. He will be missed. Condolences to his loved ones. May he R.I.P.

Rick was a great person. He loved to attend basketball, baseball, softball games, etc involving his grandkids. He was always their best fan. Rick loved to help others as shown by his being the mayor of Ashland, leading of the Ashland Volunteer Fire department, and work with the Fire Marshall agency. He truly will be missed by many. RIP my friend.
