Julia Benjamin Obituary

Mrs. Julia A. (Chavez) Benjamin, of Waltham, died Friday, January 20, 2017, in the Woburn Nursing Center. She was 91. Mrs. Benjamin was born in Mexico City, Mexico, on February 16, 1925. She was the wife of the late Hobart L. Benjamin and the mother of the late Jose M. Benjamin. Julia is survived by her son, Edward L. Benjamin and his wife, Michelle, of Burlington and five grandchildren. A Funeral Mass was celebrated on Tuesday, January 24th, in Sa- int Mary's Church, 133 School Stre- et, Waltham. Eddie, Mr. Porreca and I are very sorry to hear about your mother's passing. She was a wonderful neighbor and person. We are also sorry to read that Joe passed. We think of the old neighborhood and the friends we had there, which included the Benjamin family.
