ALBERT JOSEPH HAWKINS "Hawk" (Age 80)
Of S.E. Washington, DC passed away peacefully on Wednesday, September 19, 2012. Beloved husband of Clara Cole Hawkins for 52 years and a loving father of Venita A. Hawkins. He is also survived by two dear brothers, Elbur V. and Melvin; many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. He was a caring Christian man who enjoyed giving to others and will be truly missed. On Wednesday, September 26, 2012, friends may visit with the family from 9 a.m. until Mass of Christian Burial, 10 a.m. at St. Teresa of Avila Catholic Church, 1401 V Street, SE Washington, DC. Interment Quantico National Cemetery, 18424 Joplin Road (Route 619), Triangle, VA 22172. Send condolences to:www.marshallmarchfh.com

I am going to miss my uncle, he was a sweet man. He taught me how to drive, put ceramic tiles on my wall and he also took me on road trips with them.
