On March 22, 2003, of Bowie, MD, very loving husband of Eileen F. Piper. Relatives and friends may call at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, 16621 Sylvan Dr., Bowie, MD on Thursday, March 27, 2003 from 3 to 4 p.m. where funeral service will begin at 4 p.m. A dinner will follow the service at the church.
