God bless Judge Ferrari. I was before his court over 33 years ago...I'll never forget that day...that's the impression he left on me...he was tough but extremely fair..We later became friends and often I would stop by his court to see him... once he even stopped proceedings to see me..or maybe he just need a break so he could smoke a big cigar in his chambers...he was a good and thoughtful man... and he will be missed... My prayers are with him and his family.

The Ferraris touched our lives in many ways -- both with Sue selling real estate through ReMax and the Judge giving permission for my young brother to live with me. It may have been 15 years ago, but the name Ferrari will always be remembered.

Thanks for your many years of dedicated service to the children and families of Arlington County. Thanks also for your help, support, humor, advice and company over the years. All of my fellow judges on the Fairfax Circuit Court send our sincere sympathies to the entire Ferrari family during this difficult time.
Sincerely,
Gaylord Finch

He was a bright spot in our day. I enjoyed working with him and his ability to hand out the correct justice was a treasure.
