"Loretta" wife of Thomas Dozier-Bey passed Wednesday, March 4, 2015. Viewing to be held on Thursday, March 12, 2015 at 10 a.m. until time of service at 11 a.m. at Delaware Avenue Baptist Church, 1301 V Street S.E. Burial to follow at Harmony Memorial Park. Arrangements by PINCKNEY-SPANGLER.
