On Tuesday, March 23, 2004 of Falls Church, VA. Wife of Walter Hibbard, Jr., Col., USA (Ret.); mother of Annette L. Hibbard of Falls Church, VA, Walter E. Hibbard and his wife, Gloria of Winchester, VA and Mary Ann Seftas and her husband, Peter of Fredericksburg, VA; sister of Margaret Anstadt and Barbara Bradley of Birdsboro, PA. Also survived by her grandchildren, Joshua, Ann, Shirley, John, Wally, Mary and Pete; and her aunt, Nancy Morris of Punxsutawney, PA. Friends may call on Tuesday, March 30 at EVERLY COMMUNITY FUNERAL CARE, 6161 Leesburg Pike, Falls Church, VA from 6 to 8 p.m. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, March 31 at Fort Myer Chapel at 3 p.m. Interment to follow in Arlington National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Northern Virginia, P.O. Box 1576, Merrifield, VA 22116-1576.
