Ann was someone whom I admired. She was smart, savvy and always kind. I remember when she appeared at an anniversary of Executive Women in Government held in the Rose Garden during the Reagan Administration. She added dignity and luster to our organization.
I was so glad when she and Tom became soul mates. It was a union of two very able and compatible people.
