ANN CHRISTINE (Hibbard) SCHULTZ  (Age 58)  
Of Annandale, VA, passed away on March 8, 2015, in Northfield, MN.Ann was born in Minneapolis, MN and raised in Wayzata, MN. An author, teacher, human resources consultant, spiritual director and executive coach, she was educated at the University of Minnesota and the Robert H. Smith School of Business of the University of Maryland.Ann loved people and making friends, and was a mentor to many. Her family loved her dearly: her father, Lester Martin (deceased), her mother Marilynn Martin, her husband, Robert F. "Buz" Schultz; her children, Mark Hibbard (Christina) and Laura Thomas; her grandchildren, Zahra Thomas, Lila Thomas and Violet Hibbard; and her sisters, Elaine Nesbit and Carolyn Bizien.Ann is remembered fondly for her wisdom, spiritual courage and grace during her 7-year battle with terminal illness. During this time, she inspired countless friends, acquaintances, clients and caregivers with her quiet resolve to glorify each remaining moment. She greeted her Maker with open arms.Ann designed a celebration of her life that will take place on Friday, April 24, 2015 at 11 a.m., at The Falls Church Episcopal, 115 E. Fairfax St., Falls Church, VA. Ann asked that participants wear brightly-colored dresses, blouses and ties - "I love color, and you will be honoring me in this." Donations in her memory may be made to The Ovarian Cancer Research Fund.
