I'll never forget when I first came to know Anna. I was 13 and on a family vacation in D.C. when I came up with the idea to attach my contact information to some balloons, asking the finder to write me. A couple of weeks later, to my happy surprise, she and George did! Anna had been my pen pal for the past 21 years. I always looked forward to her letters and the family pictures that she would often include. Even though I was never able to meet her in person, something I greatly regret, I will miss her more than words can say. Her family is in my thoughts and prayers. She was truly a kind (and adventerous) soul and will be very much missed.

I love you Mrs. D. You were my mentor, friend, and hero. The world will be so much dimmer for me without you in it.

My thoughts, love and prayers are with all the Donohues and McClouds.

"Mrs.Donahue" was my first boss in 1973 at Fairfax Hospital. She set the bar very high when it came to my expectations of any future boss I may have. I have such fond memories of her. My thoughts and prayers to her family at this difficult time.
