Anne Tuck Obituary
ANNE PARKER TUCK
December 24, 1923 - November 15, 2010 Anne died peacefully in her sleep on November 15, 2010. Born Harriet Anne Parker on December 24, 1923 in Tsinan, China, Anne grew up in Hanover, Indiana, served in the WAVES during World War II as an Aerial Gunner Trainer from 1944 - 1946, and graduated from Oberlin College in 1948. She and her beloved husband Bill were married for over 60 years. Anne is survived by her four children, Susan (Florida), David (Connecticut), Stephen (West Virginia) and Mary (Maryland), eight beloved grandchildren and a host of other loving family members. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, December 18, 2010 at 2 p.m. at Pilgrim United Church of Christ, 2206 Briggs Road, Silver Spring, MD 20906. Donations in Anne's name may be made to Pilgrim United Church of Christ.
