Shawn,

Your mother was truly a nice person, as I witnessed when she open her home to me on a visit to see Halle. I know she is watching over each one of you in her heavenly garden. She will definitely be missed by many people. Take care and be strong for each other.

Remember

Remember me when I am gone away,
Gone far away into the silent land;
When you can no more hold me by the hand,
Nor I half turn to go yet turning stay.
Remember me when no more day by day
You tell me of our future that you plann'd:
Only remember me; you understand
It will be late to counsel then or pray.
Yet if you should forget me for a while
And afterwards remember, do not grieve:
For if the darkness and corruption leave
A vestige of the thoughts that once I had,
Better by far you should forget and smile
Than that you should remember and be sad.

The love Mama Ruth gave to everyone who knew her can't be matched. She had a kind heart and was willing to help anyone who needed it. She helped me many times in the past and I will never forget it. She was like my 2nd Mom and I love her very much. To Uncle June, Thorton, and Shawn, my prayers are with you.
