ANTHONY BENITO CAPONE
Tony Capone died on the evening of December 6, 2018, at home in Dagsboro, Delaware at the age of 83. Tony was born and raised in Washington, D.C., and lived in Seat Pleasant and then Clinton, Maryland for 33 years where he and his wife Joan raised their four children. Tony graduated from high school at 16 and began working for Washington Gas, retiring after 40 years with the company. Tony and Joan moved to coastal Delaware nearly 25 years ago. Joan passed away on January 1, 2018. Tony is survived by his sons Joe (Shereen) and Danny; daughters Lisa Dorn (Dwight) and Patti Smith (Ken), granddaughter Stephanie Dorn; sister Catherine Prosser (Bob), and many cousins, nieces and nephews. A mass will be held in honor of Tony's life on Saturday, December 29, 2018, at 1 p.m., at St. Ann Catholic Church in Bethany Beach, Delaware.
