He was a wonderful mentor, professor and friend. Every Monday morning in Tony’s class was spent with a review of the Redskins game from the day before. Tony lead a full life and was so proud of his beloved wife Connie. He will be missed by so many of us.

As a high school kid who spent a lot of time in the Morella household back in the '80s, my memories of Mr. Morella were his quiet kindness, ready smile, and always feeling welcome. My love and condolences to the wonderful Morella family, and hugs to you, Laura.

A gentleman and a scholar the likes of which we seldom see in these times. I had the privilege of Taking a trial practice from
Prof. Morella 38 years ago; his incisive albeit kindly observations remain with me to this day. What I remember most about the Morellas making a small contribution to Connies campaign in 1988, soon after I had gone into solo practice. I wrote a note with my contribution telling her how much I had appreciated Tony’s tutelage. Both she and Tony wrote personal notes to me wishing me well. May Tony’s life be for a blessing,May the family be comforted during this time, and may they all be blessed with good health and safety for years to come.
