Arnold was indeed a special person. All through our years at Mace's Lane High School in Cambridge, MD and then throughout our four college years at Morgan State College (now University) in Baltimore, MD, Arnold remained a jubilant, loyal, and steadfast friend. To Joyce and family, I know you are thankful of the wonderful memories you have of a good life with Arnold. May God keep you in His care. Blessings.

Hugh and I want to extend our deepest sympathy to the family of Arnold Cephas. I will always remember him as a person who smiled freely and often and who seemed to enjoy his life to the fullest. This was quite a testimony to many people. May your hearts continue to smile when you remember Cephas.
