ARTHUR FRANK  
On July 15, 2012, beloved husband of 48 years of the late Kimiko Frank; loving father of Larry, David and Steven Frank; grandfather of Ashley Frank; father-in-law of Nathalie Frank; brother of the late Elaine Paster. Also survived by numerous extended family members. Long-time resident of Olney, MD, settled in Silver Spring late in life. For 25 years, "Art" was an auditor for the Federal Power Commission (now Federal Energy Regulatory Commission). He served in the U.S. Army stationed in Japan, where he met and married the love of his life, Kimiko. Arthur grew up in Providence, RI, and Brooklyn, NY, where he rooted for the Dodgers. As a player, he was a slugging outfielder, and rose to the minor league level before joining the service. His hobbies included golf and bowling. A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, July 25, 2012, at 10 a.m. at the Nichiren Shoshu Buddhist Temple Ashuzan Myosenji, 310 University Blvd. W., Silver Spring, MD 20901.
