Dr Ugel was the best doctor I have ever had the privilege to be his patient. He was superior in every way. As a human being, as a doctor he was the very best. And he is greatly missed.

I am just seeing this ...Dr Ugel was my dermatologist for almost 30 years and I was so sad when he retired but so glad he could fish and paint. Now I read where he has passed. I am devastated. He was both intellectually and emotionally gifted. God rest his beautiful, competent and kind soul. I shall always miss him Sincerely, Joan Marie Rooks ...his patient for 30 yrs.
