On Monday, November 28, 2016, Barbara Bligh Feeter of Derwood, MD. Beloved wife of Ross F. Feeter; loving mother of the late Gregory Feeter and Amanda Boyer; grandmother of Elayna Feeter; sister of Michael and Richard Bligh. A memorial mass will be had at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church, 6701 Muncaster Mill Road, Derwood, MD 20855 on Saturday, December 10, 2016 at 11 a.m. Interment All Souls Cemetery, Germantown, MD.
