BARBARA WEITZ
On Monday, January 22, 2018, Barbara Jeanne Weitz of Silver Spring, MD passed away. Beloved mother of Leonard Levi Gardner (Teri) and Terri Holtz. She was predeceased by her son, Steven. She was the devoted sister of Marilynn Weitz Cohen (Norman) and Alan S. Weitz (Cyndy). Adored by her grandsons, and many loving nieces and nephews and grandnieces and grand nephews. Her loving spirit and mondelbrodt will be greatly missed. Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, January 24 at 1 p.m. at Judean Gardens Chapel, Olney MD followed by interment. Shiva will be at her late residence following interment, and on Thursday, from 1 to 4 p.m. with services held on Wednesday and Thursday at 7:30 p.m. In lieu of flowers , contributions may be made to the Lupus Foundation or B'nai Israel Congregation Sisterhood.
