BARRIE A. CARTER
Entered into eternal rest on Saturday, January 19, 2019. He is survived by his four sons, Gerald Carter, Barrie Carter, Michael Carter and Steven Carter; daughter, Cherie Reed; and multiple grandchildren, great-grandchildren other relatives and friends. Mr. Carter will lie in state at Imani Temple 2420 Brooks Dr., Suitland, MD on Saturday, January 26 from 10 a.m. until time of service at 11 a.m. Interment at Mt.
