She had scores of friends drawn to her empathetic and caring manner. Her home in Washington over many years was an open house to family and friends. She leaves her husband of 43 years, Jerome A. Hochberg; son Jonathan A. Wyner of Cambridge, Ma;, son Joshua S. Wyner and daughter-in-law, Beth Parkinson-Wyner of Washington, DC; and five grandchildren. Memorial Service will be held on June 6, 11 a.m. at the Sidwell Friends Lower School. In lieu of flowers, for those who wish, the family suggests a contribution to the Michael J Fox Foundation.

Jerry, I was so saddened to read in the Washngton Post of Lila's passing. From my experience with Marshall, I know that Parkinson's is a very difficult disease for both patient and caregiver. Be thankful, however , for the wonderful memories that you both shared. They will bring you joy for many years .

Please let me know if you plan to be in the Washington area. Would love to get together .

Regards
