Beatrice Phillips Obituary
With profound sadness, we announce the passing of Beatrice Phillips, beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and cherished friend. She touched many lives with her unwavering love.
Born in Falls Church, VA, Beatrice was a proud 54-year resident of Washington, DC, on Capitol Hill. She is survived by her daughters Denise, Paula, Lisa, Bonita, Rayette, and the late James (Jay) Lorenzo Dial, along with her 10 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren, and her loving siblings Carletta, Laurine, Pat, and Donald.
A retired employee of the United States Postal Service and a dedicated home healthcare assistant, Beatrice filled her home with laughter and delicious homemade tarts. Her passions included bowling, playing softball, and cheering for her grandchildren at their sporting events.
Funeral Services: Viewing: November 7, at 11 a.m.; Service: November 7, at 12 p.m. at Second Baptist Church, 6626 Costner Drive, Falls Church, VA 22042
