BENNIE B BRAWLEY
On Tuesday, February 26, 2013 at his home. Bennie B. Brawley, husband of Minnie B. Brawley, father of Maria A. Howard, Bennie Jr., Myron B., and Bryan M. Brawley, grandfather of Antonio and Alyssa Howard, Brianna Stanard, Makayla and Faith Brawley and Octavia Smith. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, co-workers and a host of other relatives and friends. Friends may call at the Harvest Assembly Baptist Church, 7008 Fordson Road, Alexandria, VA on Tuesday, March 5, 2013 from 9:30 a.m. until time of service at 11:30. Interment in Mt. Comfort Cemetery. Arrangements by Greene Funeral Home, Inc.

To my dearest husband and my life time friend I know you are not here in flesh but your spirit will be with me always I want to say thank you for fifty years of marriage on April 17,2014 I will always remember that it was the most beautiful day of my life. What can I say to you Dad that hasn't already been said? The answer to that is nothing. Each day goes by brings about a new challenge on how to make it thru without you. People always say with time it becomes easier well I can't relate to that. I miss you always dad you presence will live within me forever.

It's been six months and it seems like eternity every day is hard to know that I can't talk or see my husband but it a comfort to me to know that he's not suffering for the smile that he has on this photo is even a bigger one now for he's with the Master never the less the empty spot can never be refill after 49 years I consider that as ever lasting I Love you Bennie Brawley and always will

My dad was a gentle hardworking man. We worked so we had what we needed. Has has now moved from his labor to his reward. I will miss his corny jokes and smile and laughter. I know we will always be looking down on us.
