Peacefully went home to be with the Lord on Monday, February 4, 2019. Visitation on Saturday, February 9, 2019 from 2 p.m. until time of service 3 p.m. at the BRISCOE-TONIC FUNERAL HOME, 2294 Old Washington Rd., Waldorf, MD. Interment private.
