Betty English Obituary

Betty Ann English, 83, of Alexandria, passed away peacefully at her home on Sunday April 21, 2024 in Alexandria, VA.

Betty was born to Edwin Lyons and Audrey Clift Lyons on April 2, 1941.

Betty is preceded in death by her grandson Paul M. English

Betty is survived by her spouse, Carroll M. English. Her children Terri C. English (Teresa) Edwin C. English (Leslie) and Ann M. Zannino (Shawn). Her grandchildren, Kyle, Tori, Brooke and Kathryn. Her great-grandchildren, Paul, Ashton, Joshua, Julian, Noah, and Xavier.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday May 1, 2024 at St. Paul's Episcopal Church at 1:30 p.m. Burial will follow at Mount Comfort Cemetery. Arrangements are by Everly-Wheatley Funeral Home & Crematory.
