BOBBY BIDDLE  
Passed with peace and grace on July 26, 2017 in Eldersburg, Maryland, with her family at her side, following a fierce battle with cancer. She was 70 years old and resided in Herndon, Virginia. Bobby is survived by her husband Robert, of 41 years, sons Robert (Kimberly) of Sterling, Virginia, and Scott (Samantha) of Eldersburg, Maryland; granddaughters: Sally Kate, Ashlyn Elizabeth, and Emersyn Kimberly. Bobby was born in Goldsboro, North Carolina, and was raised in Mount Olive, NC, and Roanoke, Virginia. She was a graduate of Patrick Henry High School and attended Duke University, of which she was the most stalwart Blue Devils fan. After earning a degree in zoology, she pursued teaching, completing the majority of her tenure at Herndon Middle School, in Herndon, Virginia. Her passion for being an educator was apparent through her hands-on classroom style and dedication to continuing education, including a masters degree in special education from University of North Carolina. Bobby was an inspiration to her students and a mentor to her peers. She valued her relationship with everyone who entered her classroom equally, and unequivocally. She will be always remembered as a loving mother and grandmother and whose greatest passion was helping others.  Service and interment private. The family wishes to thank Dr. Fabian Johnston and Dr. Valerie Lee for their care and support. In lieu of flowers, Bobby wished that donations be made to the Chesapeake Bay Foundation (www.cbf.org), a cause dear to her heart and classroom.
