I worked for Brian and he was a great mentor in every sense; business, life lessons and most importantly spirituality. When I was facing tough adversity he gave me the best advice which was to drop to me knees and pray to The Father. I know Brian will be Our Father and The Son.

Brian was a dear friend and someone who played a key role in my life at a pivotal time. In my late twenties, I was dealing with several issues that were paralyzing my life and potential. Like a big brother, Brian took me under his arm, gave me a job, a place to stay, and helped me get to the root of my struggles. During this season, we talked a lot, he asked a ton of questions (great engineering mind), listened with intention, prayed frequently, and then spoke words of truth and encouragement. Today, I am married to a wonderful woman of God and blessed with three beautiful children. God was so faithful to give me a friend like Brian and I am so grateful. My deep condolences to Therese, his family and many friends. Brian's legacy truly will live on forever.

Therese, Pat and family,
The Flemings all send their love and prayers to you. We wish you all the comforts God offers as you say your final earthly goodbyes to Brian.
Your loss is our loss, we"ll all miss him. Your love of Brian is shared by so many around the country who Brian touched. He was among the finest men and friends I've ever known. Nothing you don't know, but I wanted to say it to you because it feels good to say I knew Brian Fimian -- and remember how he affected us all. His faith and fun nature made me laugh and made me more optimistic in life, and closer with the Lord because of his witness to Him.
Hugs to you all and I'll be looking up tomorrow to say my goodbye for now with you all. Will rejoice with him in his Reward.
Let us know if you need anything we can help with.
Love you guys and thinking of you.

He was such a wonderful and genuine person that lived his life in Christs example; but never wore it on his sleeve. It was one of his most endearing qualities. I was very sad to learn Brian passed away. I first met Brian on a bright summer day in 1986 while playing a game of pick-up basketball. We soon became friends, initially bonding over our mutual interest in the Boston Red Sox.
Brian was a fierce competitor on the basketball court, and a very savvy businessman, something I learned while working for him in the 1990s. But he was first and foremost a fine gentleman and a true friend. He was always willing to listen and help others, his life exemplifying his deep and enduring Catholic faith as he reached out and touched the lives of countless individuals through his many acts of kindness and generosity.

I love hearing Steve's stories of his brother and a life well lived. We pray that God will comfort you with the knowledge that Brian is now with his Heavenly Father and the grace to help console each other. Peace
