Beloved husband of Maureen Hylton; father of Amelia Jane Hylton; son of James Foster (Christine) Hylton and Lisa Spruill; brother of Zachary and Nicholas Hylton, Shane and Brady Galvin; special grandson of the late Jane Hylton. Relatives and friends may call at Collins Funeral Home, 500 University Boulevard West, Silver Spring, MD, Thursday, August 9, 2018, from 10 to 11 a.m. where Funeral Service will be held at 11 a.m. Interment Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
