On Wednesday, April 16, 2004, of Fairmont Heights, MD. Beloved husband of Ola McNeill; loving father of Barbara Mingo (Otis), Joyce Warren, Byron McNeill III, Sylvia McNeill, Michael McNeill and Clinton Boreland. He is also survived by a host of relatives and friends. On Thursday, April 22, friends may visit with the family from 10 a.m. until time of service, 11 a.m., at Dupont Park Seventh-day Adventist Church, 3985 Massachusetts Ave., SE. Interment Fort Lincoln Cemetery. Arrangements by MARSHALL'S FUNERAL HOME of MARYLAND.
