Beloved wife of James Willis Robb of Washington, DC; dear sister to Bertha Uribe Noguera of Cali, Colombia; loving sister-in-law of Serena Quin~ones de Uribe of Caracas, Venezuela; cousin of Luis and Clara Biava, Pedro and Cecilia Biavia and Marta and Ivan Montoya. She is also survived by 10 nieces and nephews. A Memorial Mass will be held at Our Lady of Victory Catholic Church, 4835 MacArthur Blvd., Washington, DC on Tuesday, May 25, 2004 at 11:30 a.m. Interment private.
