On Saturday, July 12, 2003; wife of John Smith; devoted mother of Yavonne Smith-Johnson and Tony Hudson; she is also survived by two sisters, Arlene Ferguson and Bernice Mudd; one brother, Leroy Gilbert. The late Mrs. Smith may viewed at the STEWART FUNERAL HOME, 4001 Benning Rd., N.E, Washington, D.C., Thursday, July 17 from 6 to 9 p.m. where services will be held Friday, July 18 at 11 a.m. Interment private.
